Duzzle is a furniture e-commerce website offering handcrafted products with great attention to detail and design lines.
The catalogue is very wide and includes both indoor and outdoor furniture items at advantageous prices.
Our customer combines the versatility of its products with the convenience of purchasing directly online.
Together with the Duzzle team, we set ourselves precise objectives: renew the graphic look of the E-Shop, improve the customer journey, make the purchasing process more immediate and increase e-commerce transactions.
In the initial phase, we enhanced different sections of the ecommerce, from category pages to product pages, enriching them with content and information.
We also speeded up the checkout process and implemented filters and search on the portal to make the user experience more rewarding.
We made several integrations with various applications, as well as custom functionalities. In particular, we took care of the integration with Scalapay and Clerk, changes that are also visible to the end user. A further integration concerns Qapla', a shipment management software that is the starting point for orders that arrive on the platform and are paid for. Finally, we integrated and migrated transactional and marketing emails to Klaviyo.
We then took care of the creation of various customisations, mainly related to products by type such as product sheets.
