Together with Banfi, we took on the challenge of revamping their showcase website by creating an e-commerce platform capable of handling any kind of customisation.
The details, changes and tailor-made requests that used to be made over the phone are now just a click away. The customer can choose the project according to their needs from the comfort of their sofa.
The design of this complex type of e-commerce made it possible to carry out an in-depth study of the structure itself, to adapt suitable graphics, to implement complete product sheets for the various customisations and to make skilful use of the categories.
In addition, a table containing all the possible types of customisation of the selected product was inserted in the Admin side.
There are new goals on the horizon that we need to achieve together. One of these is to be able to see a preview of the finished product directly on the e-commerce site and thus understand whether the customisation will satisfy the customer or not, and possibly modify it on the spot.
